Jenn Kikel-Lynn
Co-Founder
Jenn co-founded the FMK Foundation along with her brother, Jon, in July 2014. The Foundation was created in memory of their parents, Frank and Marlene Kikel, both of whom lost their lives to suicide. Jenn and Jon have a joint purpose in life to create a legacy to honor their parents by raising awareness for both mental illness and suicide prevention.
Jenn has a passion for philanthropy and strives to incorporate it in both her personal and professional life. In addition to creating The FMK Foundation, Jenn started a real estate brokerage in 2025 called K Real Estate - “The Give Back Brokerage,” which contributes ongoing donations of items, time and monetary gifts to local organizations in need. In addition to creating this nonprofit and her business, Jenn developed a community on LinkedIn called, “Give Back & Connect” which has over 9,000 members and continues to grow daily. This networking group allows nonprofits and businesses to connect through monthly in-person trainings, zoom calls, podcast opportunities, and more.
