Michelle is a certified breathwork guide, co-host on The Key Nutrition podcast, a mentor, a wife, and a mom. Her passion for breathwork developed after she had her own transforming experience in December of 2019.

She has since been helping others transform their lives through the power of their own breath. This beautiful system in our body has always been there!

She shares her depth to life that has been found since finding her breath. The inner peace and calm that is now felt in her daily life & how she now manages her anxiety with confidence and freedom.
